In 2020 we hit the fast forward button as everything went digital overnight. New ways of having to work in lockdown have forced us all to adapt.

Business management systems and managing and contacting customers is now completed exclusively outside of the traditional showroom environment and the new must have is a CRM and Sales support system that can handle that effectively.
